Pitz Pulls / פיץ פולז (“Pitz Pulls”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights that may be available to you.

1. Who Controls Your Personal Information

For personal information collected through the Pitz Pulls website, customer accounts, orders, Hold Boxes, customer-support communications, and related business activities, the controller of that information is:

We determine why and how personal information is used for the operation of Pitz Pulls, subject to applicable law.

Certain third parties, such as payment providers and financial institutions, may separately process information under their own legal and privacy obligations.

Depending on how you use Pitz Pulls, we may collect the following categories of information.

Hold Box information; and

Your password should not be visible to Pitz Pulls in plain text.

Live Rip information;
shipping or Hold Box selection;
payment status;
refund information;
shipment and tracking information; and

Hold Box Information

If you use a Pitz Pulls Hold Box, we may maintain records showing:

which orders or items are stored for you;
when those items were purchased;
the date of the oldest unshipped order;
shipping requests;
which items you requested to ship;
shipping-payment status; and
related communications.

We use this information to manage your Hold Box, prepare requested shipments, and provide customer support.

Payment and Transaction Information

When you make a payment, information necessary to process and verify the transaction may be processed by our payment provider and other participants in the payment system.

This may include:

your name;
contact information;
billing information;
transaction amount;
transaction reference;
payment identifiers;
card or financial identifiers;
payment tokens; and
other payment-related information necessary to authorize, process, secure, or refund the transaction.

When you use the website, our website, hosting environment, security systems, and necessary technical services may automatically process information such as:

In many cases, you are not legally required to provide personal information to Pitz Pulls.

maintain your customer account;
store products in your Hold Box;
ship your products;
process a refund;

respond effectively to your request.

5. Why We Use Personal Information

creating and maintaining customer accounts;
processing orders;
providing Live Rip services;
managing Hold Boxes;
preparing shipments;
calculating and arranging Hold Box shipping;
processing payments and refunds;

answering customer-support requests;
investigating damaged, missing, incorrect, or disputed orders;
preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized payments, and security threats;
maintaining and securing the website;
maintaining accounting and business records;
complying with tax, legal, regulatory, payment, and financial obligations;

enforcing our Terms & Conditions where lawful; and
improving the reliability and operation of our services.

We will not use personal information for an incompatible purpose unless permitted by law or we provide any additional notice or obtain any consent that is required.

6. Orders and Transactional Communications

If you place an order, we may contact you with communications that are necessary or reasonably related to that transaction.

order confirmations;

Live Rip information;
Hold Box information;
shipping-payment requests;

These transactional messages are different from optional marketing communications.

You cannot opt out of communications that are reasonably necessary for us to fulfill an active order or provide a service you requested.

7. WordPress and WooCommerce

The Pitz Pulls store is built using WordPress and WooCommerce.

These systems are used to operate the website and may store or process information in our website and hosting environment, including:

customer-account information;
order information;
billing and shipping details;
shopping-cart and session information;
product selections;
Hold Box-related order information; and
administrative records associated with the store.

Additional WordPress or WooCommerce extensions may process information if they are enabled on the website.

We will update this Privacy Policy where a new service or extension materially changes how customer personal information is collected, used, or shared.

8. HYP Payment Processing

Payments are processed through HYP Payment Solutions Ltd. (“HYP”), our payment service provider.

When you make a payment, HYP may process information necessary to provide payment, clearing, transaction-management, fraud-prevention, support, and related financial services.

Depending on the payment method and transaction, this information may include:

name;
email address;
telephone number;
address;
billing information;
transaction data;
transaction references;
payment identifiers;
tokens;
financial identifiers; and
card information where required for the payment service.

HYP may also interact with banks, card networks, clearing systems, financial institutions, and other participants required to complete or administer the payment.

HYP has its own privacy and legal obligations and maintains its own privacy policy.

We will verify the technical configuration of the HYP integration before launch before making any statement about whether full payment-card details are visible to or stored by Pitz Pulls itself.

9. Shipping Providers

When you ask us to ship an order or Hold Box, we may provide information to the postal, courier, logistics, fulfillment, or shipping provider handling the parcel.

The information shared will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the shipment and may include:

recipient name;
shipping address;
telephone number;
email address;
parcel information;
declared contents or value where required;
customs information where required;
tracking information; and
other information required to deliver the parcel or comply with applicable shipping or customs rules.

The shipping provider may process this information under its own legal and privacy obligations.

10. International Shipments and Customs

Pitz Pulls currently supports sales to customers in Israel, the United States, and Australia.

For international shipments, information may need to be disclosed to:

carriers;
customs authorities;
postal authorities;
import/export service providers; or
other governmental or logistics bodies.

Such disclosures will be limited to information reasonably necessary to transport, clear, and deliver the shipment or comply with applicable law.

Pitz Pulls uses Bluehost to host and operate the website and may use other trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the business.

Depending on the services actually used, these may include providers of:

email delivery;

shipping and logistics;
fraud prevention; and
technical support.

We provide such providers only with information reasonably necessary for the services they perform.

At launch, Pitz Pulls does not intend to rely on third-party advertising pixels or behavioral advertising systems as part of the store experience.

We also do not intend to automatically enroll customers in promotional marketing simply because they placed an order.

If we later introduce:

behavioral advertising;
marketing analytics;
retargeting; or
similar technologies,

we will update our privacy and cookie disclosures and obtain consent where applicable law requires it.

Transactional communications relating to an order, account, payment, Hold Box, shipment, or customer-support request are not treated as optional promotional marketing.

Some order, transaction, accounting, and payment-related records may therefore need to be retained after an order has been completed or an account has been closed.

If you maintain a Pitz Pulls account, you may be able to view or update certain information directly through your account.

Closing an account does not necessarily require us to immediately delete every record associated with previous transactions where retention remains necessary or legally required.

18. Access and Correction

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you and to request access to that information.

Pitz Pulls is operated from Israel and is subject to applicable Israeli privacy and information-security requirements.

21. Customers in the United States

Where an applicable law grants you a mandatory privacy right, this Privacy Policy does not remove that right.

We do not sell personal information as a business model and do not currently use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

22. Customers in Australia

Australian privacy and consumer laws may provide additional rights where they apply to Pitz Pulls and the relevant processing activity.

Where applicable law requires access, correction, security, complaint handling, or another privacy protection, we will comply with that requirement.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove a mandatory right available to an Australian customer.

Pitz Pulls operates from Israel and serves customers in other countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed in Israel and may also be processed in other countries where our hosting, payment, shipping, technical, or other service providers operate.

Privacy laws in another country may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires specific protections for an international transfer of personal information, we will take the steps required by that law.

24. Children’s Privacy

Pitz Pulls does not permit customers under 18 years old to place orders.

Our store is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of allowing them to make purchases.
